A more effective leadership team:
Life Design works with leadership teams to bring a greater understanding of individual strengths and operating styles between the members of the team. We then use this information to examine the current focus of each leader in light of the overall mission/vision of the company, to bring about a more effective team with a greater sense of unity and direction. We find that understanding each other's strengths, coupled with the best application of those abilities in line with organizational goals, leads to optimum effectiveness for the team.
Application based on needs of organization and strengths of team members:
The assessment steps applied to each leadership team are usually the same, but the specific application steps we take are based on the needs of each organization. Since the applications are different in each location, we have not outlined them in detail here.
